If you wish to maintain your white smile, whitening teeth once a week to keep their brightness. Each syringe is 3-4 applications depending how heavy you dispense, and provides one month/4 weeks of maintenance. 

Each kit refill comes with 3 syringes, enough for a 3 month supply maintenance. 

*If you smoke, drink red wine or other heavy staining habits, you may need to whiten 2x/week to overcome the staining.
